EXPORT EXECUTIVE
A Leading Diaper Industry based in Kamoki Gujranwala is urgently looking for an experience and passionate professional with a dynamic personality, who can perform in a challenging environment and lead as EXPORT EXECUTIVE in the international Market,
Key Responsibilities:
• To plan, organize, and control the import/export department affairs.
• New Business development
• Procurement
• Price negotiations
• Requisition of quotations
• Preparation and submission of L/C in the banks
• Checking of L/C terms and conditions after opening and fax/email to suppliers; Making amendments in L/C if required.
• Arrangements regarding the forwarding of consignments from other countries.
• Follow up of shipments
• Handling of shipping documents
• Consignments clearance from customs.
• Transportation arrangements.
• To coordinate with Production Planning department/inventory department for in time import of material/ supplies.
• Must have some past experience in corresponding with foreign companies as well.
Education & Skills: Master/MBA/B.COM with 3 to 5 Years’ experience in Head of Export EXECUTIVE.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
