One of the leading electronics company is looking for HR Officer
Requirements:
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc)
Understanding of labor laws & disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office
Time management abilities
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Problem-solving & decision making aptitude
Strong ethics & reliability
MBA/BBA in business administration with a major in HR
At least one year experience (fresh with internship experience could also be considered)
Skills & Responsibilities
Support the development & implementation of HR initiatives & systems
Provide counseling on policies & procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads & managing the hiring process.
Create & implement effectively onboarding plans
Develop training & development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary & grievance issues
Review employment & working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
(Preference would be given to candidates living nearby Malir, Gulshan, Korangi, Landhi, Nazimabad)
